At SOJOS VISION, we want you to love your new frames; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return and exchange policy for all unworn eyewear.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Eyewear

  Securely place the sunglasses and all original packaging, including the microfiber pouch and cleaning cloth, into the shipping box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your full refund or ship out your new frames within 5-7 business days.
